During this conference & workshop of 2h00 in intra- or inter-company, Luc CHARON and Alain PARMENTIER present the results of their research, experiences and an original offer of consulting and training for Agile soft skills.
After an introduction that explains the context of the increasing complexity of the environment(VICA), the notions of "leader serving" and "psychological safety" are introduced and lead to the identification of the soft skills that will allow "Contributors" of all kinds to be successful individually, in teams and within their organization.
The notion of "Contributor" contributes to break the traditional "manager" - "managed" roles. With the search for Agility that now characterizes all business sectors, it is interesting to learn from the first experiences within IT departments. The IT methodologies (Scrum/XP/Scaled Agile) are the object of a quick retrospective that allows to identify what works and why on the one hand and the pitfalls to avoid on the other hand.
The reflections are informed by the latest academic research on neuroscience and how it allows us to understand how the brain works with a level of knowledge never achieved before .
